Ogi has a decade of international experience working with companies and investment firms to shape their corporate strategy and execute on cross-border initiatives. He works closely with founders, executive teams and boards on strategic decision-making, bringing analytical rigour, commercial judgment and execution capability in complex situations.

Ogi currently serves as Vice President of Strategy and Operations at the Responsible AI Future Foundation, an initiative established by Microsoft and G42 at the Paris AI Action Summit.

He previously held roles at Goldman Sachs (London), Lazard (London & Perth) and Azure Capital (Perth) where he advised on a range of M&A and financing transactions across the technology, healthcare, consumer and infrastructure sectors. He also spent time in the strategy and corporate development team at BenevolentAI, a leading artificial intelligence company focused on drug discovery.

Ogi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours, majoring in finance and economics) from the University of Western Australia. He was a Brian Gray Scholar, with his research on US Shadow Banking Regulation funded by the Reserve Bank of Australia and the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority. He also holds a Charter with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments, and UK Financial Regulation.
