Ogi has a decade of global experience working with companies and investors on M&A, financing and corporate strategy. He works closely with founders and management teams on strategic decision-making, bringing analytical rigour, commercial judgment and execution capability.

He previously held roles at Goldman Sachs (London), Lazard (London & Perth) and Azure Capital (Perth) where he advised on a range of transactions across the technology, healthcare, consumer and infrastructure sectors. He also spent time heading up corporate development at BenevolentAI, a leading AI company focused on drug discovery formerly listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.

Ogi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours, majoring in finance and economics) from the University of Western Australia. He was a Brian Gray Scholar, with his research on US Shadow Banking Regulation funded by the Reserve Bank of Australia and the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority. He also holds a Charter with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments, and UK Financial Regulation.
